Tips: Solution to Connection Exception
Wireless Keyboard:
1. Make sure that the battery is usable and the battery has been removed.
2. Reconnect the USB receiver to the computer.
3. Re-install the battery, press the ESC+K key on the keyboard at the same time for 3 seconds, the pairing is successful after the LED flashes for 3 seconds.
4. Activate the keyboard with any key and you can start using it.
Wireless Mouse:
1. Make sure that the battery is usable and the battery has been removed
2. Reconnect the USB receiver to the computer
3. Place the mouse close to the receiver and reinstall the battery
4. Activate the mouse with any key to start using
5. If the above four steps do not work, you can also hold the left button and scroll button at the same time to pair again.
